Charlie is a senior associate in the IP Litigation department at Bristows. Whilst she advises on a variety of intellectual property issues, her practice focuses on the life sciences and biotechnology sectors, where her background in biochemistry gives her an excellent understanding of the technical issues that arise.
Charlie has experience representing claimants and defendants in complex patent litigation before the High Court and Court of Appeal, and working alongside lawyers and patent attorneys in Europe, Asia and Africa to coordinate global litigation strategies for pharmaceutical patents. She also advises on the enforcement of plant variety rights.
Charlie trained and qualified at a Magic Circle firm prior to joining Bristows in 2014.
