As part of our continued investment in our people, we are delighted to announce the upcoming launch of a new Universal Parental Leave policy, which will be effective as of 1 January 2025.
Providing 26 weeks’ full pay to all employees when they welcome a child into their family – regardless of the parent’s gender or how they become a parent. This policy will provide all Bristows employees with an equal opportunity to take on, and enjoy, those early months of caregiving for their children.
We are thrilled to be an early adopter of this inclusive policy to drive equality, help to break down old stereotypes and sources of career pressure as well as support all new parents and their families.
