We are delighted to be hosting a lunchtime panel discussion during London International Disputes Week in conjunction with Oxera and Serle Court.

This session will explore the challenges of litigating cases in the life sciences sector, focusing on the interplay between liability and damages. When collaborations or supply agreements break down, allegations of non-compliance with regulatory or technical specifications or failure to secure approvals are often at the heart of claims for damages. These disputes raise difficult questions around causation, counterfactuals, and valuation, which can be even more complex when patents expire or are challenged.
