Event Information
The Employment Rights Act 2025 looks set to deliver the biggest shake-up in employment law in a generation. Employers need to be prepared for the changes which are being introduced in stages throughout 2026 and 2027.
We are pleased to invite you to an in-person event where our Employment team will unpack what’s changing, what it means for your organisation and how you can prepare with confidence.
We will also cover other recent and forthcoming developments in employment law and provide you with an update on some of the most noteworthy cases from recent months.
Finally, in our hot topic session, we will examine a variety of prevalent trends and themes. Topics for discussion will include:
- Managing conflicting beliefs in the workplace
- The opportunities and challenges of a neurodivergent workforce
- Women’s health in the workplace
Whether you are navigating policy updates or planning for the year ahead, this is an opportunity to gain valuable insights from our team and connect with peers from a broad cross-section of organisations.
