Event Information
We are hosting an event for the Competition Law Association on Tuesday 28 April, at 6pm.
The use of behavioural economics in competition cases is increasing. Both in private litigation (in cases like Le Patourel v BT and Which? v Apple (icloud)), and in the context of the DMA/DMCCA, patterns of consumer behaviour are key. Join us to hear experts Rajesh Bhargave and Jack Williams discuss what behavioural economics is and how it is being and might be used in competition litigation.
The session will be followed by drinks and canapés.
