We specialise in litigation in the High Court and equivalent tribunals (such as the Competition Appeal Tribunal) and appeals to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.  We are also experts in international arbitration, particularly commercial disputes involving royalties, the licensing of intellectual property and FRAND.
