Naina Mangrola

Associate

After completing her training at Bristows, Naina is now an associate advising on commercial IP, IT and data privacy matters, with a particular focus on the media and technology sectors.

Naina’s experience ranges from negotiating agreements, considering and advising on technology projects for clients (including SaaS and AI-related projects), and working on cross-border transactions. Naina also provides ongoing IT advice through a long term retainer.

On the IP side, Naina has a particular interest in media and entertainment, having worked on agreements related to the purchase and production of films. She also considers the IP implications of software and products, including those created in collaboration between partners, being used more widely in developing technology.

In 2022 Naina was seconded to a global technology company working on data privacy and defamation matters. She advises on data protection obligations, both for ongoing compliance and in relation to new products.

Prior to joining Bristows, Naina worked for a multinational group assisting with the creation and development of their loyalty scheme.
