Senior Associate – Commercial disputes
Charlie is a senior associate in our Commercial and Technology Disputes team. He advises on commercial contract disputes, media disputes, data breaches and the misuse of confidential information and trade secrets.
Charlie has particular expertise representing clients in the technology, industrial markets and interactive entertainment sectors in relation to technical subject matter, including IT development projects, software copyright and IP licences.
Since qualifying in 2018, Charlie has worked on a range of cases across all stages of litigation in the High Court, including pre-action correspondence, early-stage strategy, negotiations, mediations, and litigation, as well as on Court of Appeal and arbitration proceedings.
