Open Source Software masterclass series - registration

Join us for our "Open Source Law and Practice: Legal, Commercial and Policy Dimensions" executive education programme, designed specifically for legal practitioners, in-house counsel and technology leaders who wish to increase their knowledge about open source software. 

Led by leading free and open-source software lawyer Andrew Katz, in collaboration with Queen Mary University of London.

Over two and a half intensive days, participants will take part in a highly interactive programme built around practical learning. Through realistic case studies, group exercises, compliance tooling demonstrations, and real-world scenarios, attendees will work through the kinds of issues that organisations face every day. Rather than simply learning the law, participants will develop practical skills and gain the confidence to apply them immediately in practice.

Andrew Katz will be supported throughout the programme by leading technology and commercial practitioners from Bristows, together with Alex Murphy, Compliance Engineer at Orcro, who brings extensive practical experience of implementing open source compliance programmes, governance processes, and compliance tooling. Together, they offer participants a unique combination of internationally recognised legal scholarship, frontline commercial practice, and real-world engineering expertise.
