12.20: Session three: Streetmap and MasterCard trials: the economic evidence perspective
This session will examine the different approaches used to obtain economic evidence in the recent trials, and will consider the role of economic evidence in these cases, the use of hot tubbing in Streetmap v Google compared to standard cross-examination in Sainsbury’s v Master Card, and the issues raised by the different approaches.
