This fully interactive, 5-day residential conference will help you master the legal complexities and practical challenges of competition law and policy in a unique informal setting with plenty of opportunities for networking.
On Wednesday 8 August, Pat Treacy will be chairing The Interface between IP and Competition Law as well as giving an overview of competition law and intellectual property rights.
Sophie Lawrance, Francion Brooks and Matthew Hunt will join Pat to for two sessions: “Application of Article 101 to Vertical Agreements” and “Application of the Technology Transfer Block Exemption”. The floor will then be open for a Q&A with the panel.
Sophie Lawrance will also be joined in another session by Senior Corporate Counsel from Veritas Technologies (UK) Limited speaking on “Digital Markets, E-Commerce and Data: A New Frontier for Competition Law”.
