The event provides a comprehensive understanding in EU competition law, delivered in a multi-format residential setting
Pat Treacy will be chairing Day 3 of this summer school. She will also be speaking on “The Interface between IP and Competition Law”. Pat, Helen Hopson and Noel Watson-Doig will also be conducting two working groups: (I) Application of Article 101 to Vertical Agreements; and (ii) Application of the Technology Transfer Block Exemption. Sophie Lawrance will be co-speaking, with Paul Peake of eBay Inc, on “Hot Topic: Competition Law Challenges in the Digital World”.
