Event Information

BioWednesdays bring together a broad range of our members and non-members for peer-to-peer debate around current trends, challenges and opportunities within the sector.

Laura Anderson will be chairing this seminar on ‘The Evolution of Funding and Support for Early Stage Research’. The foundation of innovation is rapidly changing in the life science sector with more advances in areas such as genomics, cell biology and proteomics. With these new approaches comes the necessity to adapt business models in order to manage risks and stay competitive. This panel session will look at different models for supporting the translation/commercialisation of early stage research and technology which are shaping the life science sector today.
