Will advises on a wide range of real estate transactions across various sectors, primarily dealing with acquisitions, disposals, secured lending, corporate support, and corporate occupier matters. His previous experience includes:

• Advising on the sale of a prominent business centre with the deal being structured as a share sale of the company owning the asset.
• Assisting on the acquisition of various sites for leading UK developers.
• Acting for lenders in various secured lending transactions.
• Advising on a number of corporate occupier matters both for landlords and tenants.
