Jessica’s practice focuses on brand and design protection in the consumer goods sector. She advises clients on trade mark and design clearance and filing strategies, actively manages global IP portfolios, and handles contentious registry proceedings at the UK and EU IPO. Jessica draws on industry knowledge from previous roles in the consumer goods sector, where she worked in product development, merchandising, and client-facing retail roles before turning to a career in law.

• Assisting a luxury fragrance house with pursuing EU and UK design registrations for its iconic perfume bottle.
