On Tuesday 11th June, we hosted ChIPs The Power of She – Confidence in Charting your Path event, during which a panel of women and allies, chaired by regulatory law expert Xisca Borrás, provided personal insights into their success and how to enable other women’s success.

The panel was followed by a round table session where guests will have the opportunity to discuss the panel’s insights and how to overcome continuing challenges facing women’s path to senior positions.

Attendees learned:

• Ways in which women in IP can be supported
• How to juggle your career and establish boundaries
• Develop connections with women and allies to support you on your journey
