Camille Beckmann
Associate – IT & Digital
Camille joined Bristows as a Trainee Solicitor in 2023 and is now an Associate in the commercial IT team. Her practice focuses on technology transactions and advisory matters, including IT outsourcing, SaaS, software licensing, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and open-source software.
During her time at Bristows as a Trainee Solicitor, Camille spent three months on secondment to the in-house legal team at a global technology company. Prior to joining Bristows, Camille worked in music licensing, art galleries, artist studios, and art law, with a focus on digital art.
She completed her LLM in International law, specialising in intellectual property and commercial law, and wrote her thesis on conceptual art under the European intellectual property law regime.
Camille is a Trustee at Autograph Gallery. She is a member of the Art Lawyers Association (ALA), the British Literary and Artistic Copyright Association (BLACA), and the Society for Computers and Law (SCL).
Camille is fluent in German and French.
