Sophie has specialised in EU and UK competition law for nearly 15 years. She has a particular interest in working with businesses in the bio-pharmaceutical sector, and has advised on contentious and non-contentious matters spanning issues such as licensing, patent settlement agreements, pricing of pharmaceutical products, marketing strategies, mergers, JVs and other collaboration agreements. Sophie and other colleagues from the Bristows’ competition team regularly comment on competition law issues of interest to pharmaceutical companies on the Bristows CLIP Board blog.
