Nine-strong Trade Marks and IP disputes team to join Bristows

Bristows Brands team in a league of its own with new team hire
London, UK, 21/03/2017 –Berwin Leighton Paisner IP litigation Partner Simon Clark and Director of Trade Marks Ian Gruselle are set to join the Brands team of London-based law firm Bristows on the 1st of May. They will be joined by a team of seven.
Described as “immensely hardworking and imaginative”, Simon Clark brings with him a wealth of experience in IP disputes, with particular expertise in copyright, design rights and brands. Simon has acted on some of the leading design, brands and digital copyright cases of the last five years. Ian Gruselle, a trade mark attorney, heads up a strong practice in portfolio management. The rest of the team is rounded out by a solicitor, two trade mark attorneys, three paralegals and a secretary. Simon will join Bristows as a partner, as will Ian, subject to regulatory approval.
