Chris joined Bristows in September 2015 and has been a Senior Associate in the firm’s corporate practice since 2020.

He advises both UK and internationally based clients on a variety of corporate and finance transactions including mergers & acquisitions, equity & debt financings, group reorganisations and joint ventures, primarily across the technology, consumer products and life sciences sectors. He also provides general corporate governance and company law advice.

During his time at Bristows, Chris has completed secondments with the legal teams at both Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe and WPP, during which he advised these clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
