Paul specialises in content licensing, trade mark and copyright infringement, and advertising clearance matters, though his experience covers the full range of intellectual property issues (both contentious and non-contentious). Paul regularly speaks on brand protection and advertising law matters and has been widely published, including in the ad industry guide - Ad Law, published by the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising.
Recommended for advertising and marketing work by Chambers and Partners UK directory since 2006, Paul joins Bristows from DLA Piper where he was a Senior Associate. His wide range of clients includes major brand owners, retailers, advertising agencies, airlines and media companies.
