  • The Committee is actively considering practical ways to promote and advance Bristows' Diversity Policy in its recruitment processes and its treatment of staff.
  • The Committee is involved in the review of Bristows' policies and procedures to ensure that they remain appropriate, relevant and compliant.
  • The Committee aims to develop a programme for providing information about careers in law firms to schoolchildren in ethnically mixed areas of London.
  • Bristows aims to develop its diversity strategy in part by linking into various professional networks with relevant agendas.
  • Bristows has a long track record of supporting and encouraging female lawyers and staff.  Around two thirds of our staff including a third of our partners are female.
