Taking an active interest in the communities within which the Firm and its employees work and live

Strengthening links between Bristows and its local area.

Working with the Southwark Business & Education Alliance, which aims to help improve life chances for Southwark's young people by developing their personal skills for adult life, to make the following contribution to the local youth community:

• Assisting with developing the reading skills of local primary school children;
• Language and academic mentoring for local secondary school children;
• Participation by the Senior Management Team in a head teacher mentoring programme.

At a personal level, Bristows' people are engaged in many worthwhile activities, including involvement with churches, cultural groups, school governing bodies and PTAs, as well as acting as charity trustees.

We are constantly reviewing our programmes and watching for new projects to become involved with.
