Alexandra specialises in commercial real estate and is head of Bristows' real estate team. She has extensive experience in all aspects of property law and acts for companies across a broad range of industries in relation to their UK property interests.

Her clients include multinationals, SME's, charities, pension funds, developers, investment funds and fund managers.

Her areas of expertise include all aspects of landlord and tenant, real estate investment, real estate funds, joint ventures for investment and development, real estate finance and enterprise zone development.

Projects on which she has advised include office acquisitions and headquarters moves, corporate real estate re-organisations, business park and out of town development, retail schemes (including specialist retail such as garden centres and fast food), warehousing, distribution and manufacturing.

She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association.
