Teresa Edmund

Teresa has over 20 years' experience in all areas of commercial real estate and has acted in a significant number of property transactions for UK and multi-national corporations. 

Teresa's clients, many of them household names, span a wide range of sectors including TMT, life sciences retail (including specialist garden centre retail) and learned institutions. Teresa's experience covers the acquisition of land and buildings for commercial occupiers, institutional and private investors and corporate acquisitions and disposals. She advises extensively on matters arising from the landlord and tenant relationship, real estate investment and development and all aspects of property management.

She has recently advised on projects involving the acquistion of corporate headquarters’ buildings, the use of institutional buildings during the Olympics and the acquisition of retail premises for a garden centre operator.

Teresa is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Legal Association and the Charity Law Association and is a contributor to Estates Gazette and the Law Society Gazette.
